Happy Halloween!

Ok. So one of our neighbors has way too much time on their hands. Way too much.

I wonder what they are going to do for X-mas this year!!! I only took pictures of this one other house, but it seems like more and more people are decorating for Halloween every year.

So yesterday I took Claire to the pediatrician in her CareBear outfit. I was glad since there was also a bunny, a chicken, a duck, and a pumpkin waiting. She would have been the only kiddo sans costume!!! And the whole office staff, doctors, and nurses, were dressed up. Apparently they put more time and effort in coordinating Halloween themes than reading up on extended breastfeeding, etc... Last year the office did Wizard of Oz. They were all the different characters. This year the theme was a "sleepover" so they were all wearing funky jammies and slippers and robes...so that's why I go back there. It's generally a pretty fun and friendly place. But I still want to switch doctors...anyway...yesterday was SOOO NICE OUT!

We hung up some fun pumpkin lights about a month ago. They look really spiffy at night.

Claire with Daddy on her car. She can't really scoot with her feet yet, but she loves it when we push her!

There she goes! She can run really fast now. She can be halfway down the street before we know it!

I was trying to get her to stay in the driveway but she wanted to go on a walk!

Our Little Devil

Claire loves to brush her hair. She has also figured out how to stand on her tiptoes and sneak my brush off of the bathroom counter. This is bad. That means she can reach anything that is close to the edges. She is too tall!

Claire loves to throw things. I wonder when this stage will stop being fun. She usually starts throwing the food on the ground before I have even finished putting it in front of her. I am not sure how much of it she eats.

Claire also loves to put things on her head, like buckets, containers, hats, washcloths, or just random clothes she can get her hands on. So I saw this headband and thought it would be funny for Halloween! It's really soft, and she likes to take it off and on.
