Out for Dinner

While Josh's mom was visiting, we took advantage of free babysitting and headed out for dinner alone one night. Here we are before heading out.

Hanging out at the House

Tasty Thai

This weekend we ventured to a tasty little Thai place near the Trader Joe's I frequent. Claire loves rice! Josh's brother, Aaron, also ventured down for a visit! We had a good time.

Josh's Mom Visited!

Josh's mom came up for about 5 days. This is from last Friday night. She is quite creative on what to do with napkins for fun!

Playing at Pam's!

We recently went to our friend Pam's house for a book show. Claire loved playing with all the new toys. Check out this farm playmat that Pam made! I need to take some lessons on craftiness from her! I would've gotten a picture of Claire with Izzy, but by the time I got out my camera, Izzy had fallen asleep! Next time!

Playing with our Neighbors!

We recently had our neighbors over. Claire had a blast. The girls all got to play together while the Daddies played X-Box. And I got to chat with their Mommy! Fun for all. Claire had fun giving Amelia hugs and kisses. Claire is exactly 3 months older than her.

Sophia and Olivia! We'll have to do this again sometime!

What do YOU do all day?

Anybody that has never had a kid doesn't have a clue. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/22/AR2007052201554.html?referrer=facebook There is a funny article about what stay-at-home moms do all day. The key line in there is "It takes us 45 minutes to do what other people do in 15." This is so true. Little kids take forever to merely load and unload into/out of the car. If it takes you 5 minutes to put clothes on yourself in the morning, it will take approximately 3 times as long to put clothes on them. Here's an example. Our story time is at 10:15. We have to be pulling out of the driveway at 10 to make it on time. Since it's only once a week, I don't want to be late! This means we start putting on coats/shoes at 9:45. Wow. What is it like to have more kids?
